Last updated: July 2026
1. Introduction
Evonet Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") operates Teamsmith. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our job management application for trade businesses.

3. Your Clients' Personal Information
Teamsmith stores personal information about your clients that you enter into the Service, such as their names, contact details and job addresses. We process this information on your behalf so that you can run your business. You are responsible for ensuring you are entitled to collect and store this information and for responding to requests from your clients about it. We do not use your clients' personal information for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
4. Location Information
The Teamsmith mobile app can use your device's location to help you plan your day:
- If you grant location permission (while using the app), your current position is used as the starting point when routing between your scheduled appointments on the schedule map
- Your device's location is processed on your device only — it is not stored on our servers, shared with other members of your team, or used to track you
- Location access is optional. If you decline, the schedule map still works and routes simply start from your first appointment
Job and appointment addresses you enter are sent to a geocoding service to convert them into map coordinates (see Third-Party Services below).

- Provide and maintain the Service
- Process and store your business data
